A 4th edition that anchors Watches and Wonders Shanghai in China
Resounding success among younger generation with impressive attendance!
Watches and Wonders Shanghai ended on a positive note for its 4th edition that took place from 28 August to September 1, 2024 at the West Bund Art Center. Professionals, end customers, public visitors and the younger generation were able to immerge themselves into the world of watchmaking with passion and emotion.
This edition was undoubtedly a triumph: 70% of the public days tickets were sold to visitors under the age of 35, a strong testament for the younger generation to the enduring appeal of watchmaking and reaffirming unwavering and firm confidence in China.
A growing influcence of the Chinese watchmaking community
With two days reserved to the professionals and three days open to the public, Watches and Wonders Shanghai brought the West Bund Art Center to life for the Chinese audience, who turned out in force.
An exciting journey for all
Alongside the new collections presented by the brands in dedicated sessions, a whole watchmaking program was offered to connoisseurs and novices alike. Introductory workshops, conferences, guided tours and new cultural areas came in addition to the many surprises on the brands booths.
