Where can I get the program for Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023?

The program for Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 is on the event platform and also on the mobile app. Invited guests have access to these private platforms.

How do I add sessions to my Agenda?

To add a session to your Agenda click on "Program" in the menu and click the "Add to Schedule" button for the sessions you are interested in.

How do I remove sessions from my Agenda?

You can click on the Session in your agenda then on the "Scheduled" button to decide if you want to remove it.

How to attend a live session?

To attend a live session you must be registered to this program. Once scheduled, you will be able to join the session 10 minutes before it starts.

How can I Interact during a live session?

Live sessions might propose a public chat with the others attendees, or Q&A feature to send a question by text to the host of the session during the session.

To chat, click on "Live chat" button on the right top of the video. A chat will open and you can see the chat and participate.

Note that Terms of Use apply when using this chat feature.

Are the live sessions available in replay?

Some sessions might be available in replay, to find available sessions, go to "Program" then "Filters" at the top right of the page and select session access "Replay".

How can I watch a replay?

If the session is available in replay , you can click on the "Replay" button of the session you have missed or would like to see again.

Note : Replays will usually be available 30 minutes after the end of a session.

Why can't I have access to all the programs?

Some sessions might be limited to specific attendee categories.

Is it possible to attend a brand session in place of another invited person?

No, all invitations and self-registration to sessions are personal.

Is there a specific program for the week-end?

Yes. There will be a special program for the public during week-end. The program will be shared on  www.watchesandwonders.com

How can I create an account?

Only people invited by at least one of the brands exhibiting at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 will receive a communication to set-up their account. It is not possible to create your own account.

How can I connect to my account?

To connect, click on the “Login” link located on the top right of your screen

• 1. Insert your email (the email on which you received our latest communication), then click on "Next".
• 2. In order to check your identity, please click on the "Send me an email" button. A verification email will be sent to the address inserted in the previous step. Do not close this window.
• 3. After clicking on the button "Send me an email", a confirmation message appears.
• 4. Open the "Sign in request" email sent by Watches and Wonders received in your inbox and click on the "Sign in" link.
• 5. A new page opens with a request to confirm your identity. Click on the link "Yes, it’s me".
• 6. Once the confirmation message appears, you can close this page and go back to the window where you initiated the login process.

You are now connected to your Watches and Wonders account

What can I do if I do not receive the verification email after entering my e-mail address while logging in?

Please first check that :

• the email address you have entered is the one that has been used for your registration to the event
• you have clicked on the "Send me an email" button to receive the verification email.

If that is the case, please check your spam. If you still do not receive anything, you can click on the "Send again" link.

Can I change or reset my password?

If you have lost your password or wish to modify it, you can click on the button "Forgot password" on the login page. After entering your email address, you will receive a "Reset password" email.

Access to my account is blocked, what can I do?

After clicking on the “Login” link on the top right of your screen, please click on the “Unlock account?” link and follow the procedure.

Can I change my login email?

Your email is your identification in order to access the watchesandwonders.com digital platform, therefore you cannot change it yourself. If you wish to use another email address please send a message to :  concierge@watchesandwonders.com

Will I be able to change my profile information?

You can access the information regarding your account by clicking "My profile" button on the menu. By clicking the "Update Profile" button, you will be able to edit your "Title" and "Job Title". For all other inquiries please contact :  concierge@watchesandwonders.com

Can I come to Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 without being registered?

It is possible to purchase a ticket for the public days taking place on April 1 and 2. However, you will only be admitted to the salon during the week if you have been registered by at least one of the exhibiting brands.

Each invitation is strictly personal. If you are registered for Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 and would like another person to attend in your place, get in touch with the brand who invited you in the first place.

Can I purchase a ticket in order to attend Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 ?

During the week you will only be admitted to salon if you have been registered by at list one exhibiting brands.

Daily tickets for April 1 and 2, 2023 will be available for sale exclusively on this platform as of February 1.

How do I get an accreditation?

• For press, the list of invited journalists is already finalised.
• If you are a retailer, contact the exhibiting brands in your market.
• If you are a public visitor, you can buy a ticket online to attend the salon on April 1 and 2.
• If you are a guest / supplier / other, contact the brands directly.

Will I be admitted if I don't have a photo ID?

No. For your badge to be issued, you must show an official ID with your name and photo. Photos can also be taken onsite at the registration desks.

Is there a minimum age for visitors?

No, there is no minimum age for visitors

Is the salon accessible for people with reduced mobility? Will there be a specific assistance for people with reduced mobility?

The different parts of the salon are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The hostesses and hosts will be at your disposal to help you.

Are animals admitted?

No, animals are not allowed.

Is the exit definitive ?

No it is not. Your ticket is valid for the whole day .

Are there earlybird discounts available?

No there are not.

Is there a dress code for the event?

No there isn't.

As an invitee, where can I review my registration information?

You can review your details in the "Profile" tab of your Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 account.

How secure are my credit card details?

Relatevely safe, but keep in mind that there is always a risk.

Is there an information desk and concierge service inside the salon?

Yes, there will be an information desk and concierge service at the information point.

Where can I get information while at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 ?

There are 4 Information desks within the salon, open from 8.30 am to 7 pm for visitors who require help finding their way around the halls, for information on events taking place in Geneva during the week or for other useful information (Geneva street map, train schedules, flight times, etc..).

Where are the restrooms?

There are restrooms on each corner of the main hall. The exact locations are shown on the map of the salon and in the mobile application.

Is there a quiet area with facilities where I can work?

Visitors can plug in their computer and work in a dedicated Business Center located in Hall 2.

Is there free wifi?

There is free wifi throughout the salon.

Is there somewhere I can charge my mobile phone?

Power banks are vailable upon request at the informations desks.

Is there a Lost and Found ?

Yes. If you have lost something during your stay at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023, please go to the main information desk. The staff will be able to help you. If you have found something that does not belong to you, please bring it back to the main information desk.

How are the Press Kiosk and the Bookstore different?

The Press Kiosk provides a complementary selection of international magazines and daily papers that visitors can take away.

The Bookstore sells books on watchmaking and reference works on the history of the exhibiting brands.

Is Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 non-smoking?

Yes. However, there are two Smoking Areas indicated on the map of the salon.

Where can I get medical attention if required?

There is a first aid station open throughout the salon.

Can I come to Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 by car?

Yes. Take the A1 motorway and exit at "Genève Aéroport", then follow signs for Palexpo. There is a 24-hour pay & display car park (P12) under Hall 5.

Is there parking available for Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 ?

There is a 24-hour pay & display car park (P12) under Hall 5.

Is there a special shuttle service to come to the salon ?

A shuttle service is running from the Airport to Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 and back.

There are also 6 specific Watches and Wonders lines in partnership with the Geneva Public transportation (TPG) from the hotels to the salon.

Can I come to Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 by public transport?

You can take the train from Geneva-Cornavin station. Get off at the terminus ("Genève Aéroport"), which is a 7 minutes ride. The bus stop is only a few minutes from the salon by foot. You can also take a bus or a tram. Lines 5, 28 and Y all stop at "Palexpo-Genève".

Where can I take a Taxi?

Taxis are waiting in line in front of the salon's exit.

Is it possible to recharge my electric car in the Palexpo car park?

If you come by electric car, there are four fast charging stations* (20kW) installed on level -1 of the P12. These stations are accessible to both SIG-MOVE network subscribers and other visitors. Payment can made by credit card or by invoice, depending on your needs and user status.

Is there parking for two-wheelers and bicycles?

Two-wheelers and bicycles are not allowed in the Palexpo car park.

An outdoor parking lot is provided for this purpose, you will find its location on the map below:

Can we walk from the airport to the Palexpo?

Yes you can. It is a 20 minute walk.

What do I need to know about compliance with health measures?

By participating to Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 you irrevocably confirm that you will abide to all the security measures put in place notably in the context of Covid 19 sanitary situation and that you will be sole responsible of any and all possible inconvenience and/or costs in relation thereto such as without limitation travel disruptions, additional lodging costs, medical expenses etc…

What about the quarantine?

No more systematic quarantines on entry into Switzerland.

Any additional quarantine costs if tested positive in Switzerland (staff, press, guests, VIPs, ...) not supported by the organization nor the Maisons.

Can I do a Covid PCR test at the salon?

For your information, we will have medical staff from Monday March 27th to Sunday April 2nd  dedicated to the COVID tests for our visitors.This service will be located near the infirmary room.

Price of the PCR test: CHF 130.- directly invoiced to the person on-site.
Results are delivered via e-mail within 12 - 24 hours.

What are the behaviors to follow?

• Frequent hand washing recommended.
  
• Although it is no longer compulsory to wear masks in public, it is still necessary for symptomatic persons not to attend events and to be tested without delay.
  

What are the commitments followed by the organizers of Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023?

How do I get press accreditation?

The salon is by invitation only. Journalists are invited by the exhibiting brands. There is no on-site accreditation.

What is the difference between the 2 press lounges?

There is no difference, just the location.

Do you have lockers in the press Lounges?

Yes, they are locked with a digitcode.

What can I find in the press lounge?

Journalists have the use of two Press Lounges with work areas, dedicated wifi, power sockets, and lockers.

Light cold meals are also served.

Where can I eat?

You can grab a coffee or enjoy a quick meal at one of the central bars from 8.30 am - 6.30 pm.

For a business meal or a working lunch, you can go to L'Entre-deux or le Rendez-vous restaurants where seats are reserved exclusively for press.

Daily on-site reservation only.

Are there restrooms in the press lounges?

There is a restroom in each of the Press Lounges and there are restrooms around the main hall. The exact locations are shown on the map and on the mobile application.

How can I get pictures from Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 official photographers?

Everyday new assets will be uploaded on the Media Center (Photos and videos).

Can I attend any program in the Auditorium?

Yes, there are no reserved seats. First come first served basis (300 seats).

How do I get the brands' press kits?

All assets are available for download from the Media Center.

How do I access the Media Center?

As a registered journalist you have direct access either from the  www.watchesandwonders.com homepage (top bar) or from your "My account" Journalists can submit a request for access to the Media Center via  https://www.watchesandwonders.com/en/press-center

Can I download content from the Media Center?

You can download content by clicking on the "Download" icon of the content you are interested in.

Please note that only Journalists have access to the Media Center.

How can I register to a touch and feel session?

You can register via your "My Account".

What do I do if all sessions are full?

You can register on the waiting list or contact the brand directly for an appointment. You can always follow the digital presentation available on your "Event Program".

What part of the program can be followed online?

The keynotes, digital product presentations and TV Shows are available online from your "Event program".

Where can I find the publications from the Press Kiosk?

The Press Kiosk presenting the partner publications is located at the entrance of the salon. Magazines and newspapers are available for free.

Public Days

When is Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 open to the public?

The salon is accessible for public visitors on April 1st and 2nd 2023 from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Is there an F&B service at the exhibition during the public days?

Bars along the main aisle serve a wide variety of meals and beverages throughout the weekend. Please note that all visitors are charged for food and drinks.

How can I get a ticket for the Open days?

Visitors can buy a ticket for April 1st or 2nd (or both days) directly through the ticketing platform from February 1st.

Can students and elderly people get discounts?

Yes, for more information please visit the general information of the ticketing platform.

During public days, can I bring my own food?

No, you can only consume in the venue the food that was bought on-site.

Can I be reimbursed for my ticket(s)?

No, tickets are non-reimbursable and non-exchangeable.

If I leave, can I return to the salon? Will the QR code remain valid?

Yes, your access ticket is valid for a full day from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. Your are allowed to exit the venue and return freely during the period with the same QR code.

Can visitors purchase watches during the weekend?

It is not a standard practice, but can be discussed with the brands directly.

What payment methods are accepted on site?

Cash or debit/credit card will be accepted as payment methods. TWINT is not accepted.

Will there be any animation at the salon during the public days?

A rich program will be proposed during the day (conferences, talks...).
